- 1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos, drained
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon paprika
