- 1 prime rib roast
- 4 c. water
- 8 tsp. Bovril
- 2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Roast prime rib at 325°.

2Allow 23 to 25 minutes per pound for rare roast, 27 to 30 minutes per pound for medium and 32 to 35 minutes per pound for well done roast.

3Combine Bovril with water to make broth.

4Warm broth and add juice from roasted prime rib. Add 2 cups sour cream and 2 cups of chopped prime rib.

5Do not boil.

6Serve with toasted French bread.
