Ingredients

  • 1 can English peas, drained
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 small jar sliced pimientos, drained
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and water in a saucepan. Bring to boil and cool.

    Mix vegetables together and pour cooled liquid over vegetables.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
