- 1 c. sliced onion
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 can French-cut green beans, drained
- 1 can English peas, drained
- 1 small jar pimento, drained
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 to 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.

2Combine next 6 ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.

3Pour mixture over the vegetables and chill before serving.
