  • 1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 2/3 c. reduced calorie Italian salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets
  • 2 c. small cherry tomatoes
  • 1 c. sliced yellow squash
  • 1 c. sliced cucumber
  • 3/4 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 2 c. cooked small shell macaroni

Directions

    Place broccoli in large bowl; drizzle dressing over broccoli and toss gently.

    Add remaining ingredients and toss gently. Cover and chill 8 hours; toss.

    Can serve on lettuce leaves.
