  • 2 cans French-cut green beans
  • 2 cans LeSueur peas (petite)
  • 2 can white kernel corn (petite size, Shoe Peg)
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. green pepper
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. red pimiento
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 3/4 c. Mazola oil
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar

    Drain all vegetables well.

    Marinate at least 24 hours in mixture of sugar, water, oil and vinegar.

    Stir occasionally while marinating.
