  • 3 c. cauliflower - small florets cooked slightly
  • 2 c. unpared cucumber, sliced
  • 1 green pepper - strips or chopped
  • 1 c. carrots - strips
  • 1 onion, sliced thin
  • Parsley, chopped or otherwise
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • 1/3 c. cider vinegar

Directions

    Mix with salt, pepper, and paprika. Marinate over night and mix occasionally. Can add 15 oz. can garbanzo beans.
