- 2 c. unpared cucumber, sliced
- 1 green pepper - strips or chopped
- 1 c. carrots - strips
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- Parsley, chopped or otherwise
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
Directions

1Mix with salt, pepper, and paprika. Marinate over night and mix occasionally. Can add 15 oz. can garbanzo beans.
