Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 can chopped pimento
  • 1 can LeSueur tiny peas
  • 1 can LeSueur white Shoe Peg corn

Directions

    Bring to a boil oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and celery seed.

    Let cool.

    Drain 1 can LeSueur tiny peas and 1 can LeSueur white Shoe Peg corn.

    Add all vegetables together and pour cooled dressing over.

    Refrigerate overnight and stir occasionally.
