- 3 c. flour
- 2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed firm
- 1 c. softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 8 oz. mini-marshmallows, frozen
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Keep marshmallows frozen until ready to use (they thaw quickly).

3Combine flour, cocoa and soda.

4Set aside.

5Combine sugars; blend in butter.

6Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.

7Add flour mixture and chocolate chips.

8Blend at low speed.

9Batter will be stiff.

10Gather 4 to 5 frozen marshmallows in your hand.

11Cover with heaping teaspoonful of dough.

12Wrap marshmallows in dough, making a 2 inch ball.

13Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

14Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
