Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 pkg. (6 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Butter 9 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch pan. Stir in saucepan, evaporated milk, sugar and salt; cook over low heat until mixture boils. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat.

    Add and stir until melted marshmallows and chocolate morsels.

    Stir in vanilla and nuts.

    Turn into pan.

    Refrigerate.

    Makes 36 squares. Never fail; super easy.
