  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 30 lg. marshmallows
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts, optional
  • 1/4 c. minced maraschino cherries, optional
  • 12 graham crackers, crushed into crumbs

Directions

    In double boiler heat marshmallows into condensed lowfat milk.

    Mix in liquid removed crushed pineapple.

    Whip whipping cream to stiff peak, and fold into pudding mix.

    At this point, add in nuts and cherries if you like.

    Pat graham crumbs into glass baking dish.

    Top with pudding mix and chill.
