  • 3 slices breakfast bacon
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans French style green beans
  • 4 to 5 green onions (onions and blades)
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1/2 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1/2 small can water chestnuts
  • small amount thyme if desired
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Fry bacon brown in wok or large skillet.

    Crumble crisp bacon up in small pieces.

    Chop onions, pepper, mushrooms and chestnuts up and

    stir-fry

    the bacon

    grease

    for a few minutes. Drain

    and add to stir-fry. Add bacon pieces and seasonings as desired.
