Mary's Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 (3 ounce) package Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts, chopped fine
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained very well (square box)
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- garlic powder, To taste (optional)
- cajun seasoning, To taste (optional)
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients.

2Let set overnight or at least 4 hours.

3Can be served in hollowed out loaf of bread or head of cabbage.

4Serve with crackers and/or carrots and celery.

5* Note: I showed 4 hours of cooking time since that is how long it should sit before you serve.

6Also, 30 minute prep time does not include how long the spinach takes to thaw.

7I usually let it thaw overnight.
