- 2 lb. roast pork
- 1 medium can tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato puree
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 pkg. wide noodles
Directions

1Cook meat the night before.

2Put in refrigerator to cool. Don't pour off juices!!

3Cut meat off bone into small pieces.

4Put broth, meat and chopped onion in a large pot.

5Make sure all fat is cut off.

6Bring to boil.

7Add tomatoes and puree.

8Add 1/2 cheese (cut into small chunks).

9Add noodles.
-
10When noodles are cooked, add rest of cheese.

11Stir and serve.
