  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast
  • 1 can lite peaches, pears, apricots or any kind of fruit you like

Directions

    Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger and pepper; pour over chicken in shallow baking dish.

    Bake in preheated oven (350°) for 15 minutes.
