  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 8 oz. small noodles, cooked 5 minutes
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 2 cans creamed tomato soup
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Brown meat in oil.

    Saute pepper, celery and onion in margarine.

    Mix all ingredients together, saving half of cheese for topping.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
