  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
  • 3 to 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, quartered
  • 1 medium onion, cut up
  • 1 small pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Put first five ingredients in pot.

    Add salt, soup and 1/2 can of water.

    Bake 4 1/2 hours at 275°.

    If cooked in slow cooker, cook on medium for 6 hours.
