- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
- 3 to 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, quartered
- 1 medium onion, cut up
- 1 small pkg. frozen peas
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put first five ingredients in pot.

2Add salt, soup and 1/2 can of water.

3Bake 4 1/2 hours at 275°.

4If cooked in slow cooker, cook on medium for 6 hours.
