    Wash 2 cups of rice and keep aside

    In a mixer add coconut and garlic and keep aside
  3. 3
    Then add green chilli, jeera and salt in a mixer and keep aside

    In a plate keep 2 kala masala and gooda masala and gram masala and the 2 ground pastes
  5. 5
    In a pan add oil, and let it heat, add mustard seeds, jeera, hing, turmeric and curry leaves.

    On a low flame add the dry masala and then the green chilli paste
  7. 7
    Saute for a minute, then add peas, coconut paste and saute for 2 mintues

    Add the washed rice and salt and saute for 5 mins

    Then add 4 cups water and let it cook

    Once cooked add ghee, and sugar

    Garnish with coriander and coconut
