  • 1 head Cauliflower, Stems Removed, Florets Separated
  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • Cheddar Cheese And Green Onions To Garnish

Directions

    Place cauliflower florets into a medium sized pot and add just enough water to cover the cauliflower. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.

    Remove from heat and drain the water off. Add cauliflower into a large bowl. Add butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mash with a potato masher or puree with a food processor.

    Plate and top with cheese and green onions.
