  • 1 head garlic, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 12 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

    Simmer garlic in butter in a covered saucepan for 20 minutes.
