  • 1 large Malanga root
  • 1 liter water
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

    Peel wash and slice the Malanga root

    Add water and Malanga root to pot boil till fork tender drain the water.

    Add margarine and mash till mixed well add salt and mix
