- 1 lb bacon
- 1 lb flat noodles, cooked
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup butter (the real thing)
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- salt and black pepper
- cayenne pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp then crumble and set aside.

2Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze out water.

3Melt butter in large saucepan.

4Add spinach and garlic and saute 3-5 minutes on medium heat.

5In saucepan combine all remaining ingredients and heat over low heat for five minutes.

6Pour over noodles, add bacon and toss gently.
