- 8 to 10 medium potatoes
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- parmesan cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Peel and cut up potatoes; boil until tender.

2Mash potatoes, adding a little milk for a creamy consistency.

3Add butter, cream cheese, sour cream, onion, salt, and pepper.

4Mix until smooth. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish; sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika.

5Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
