- 8 bacon strips
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. cold mashed potatoes
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 to 2 soup cans milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Brown bacon until crisp.

2Remove and let drain.

3Add onions to drippings and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

4Drain fat off. Meanwhile, in saucepan, mix cold masted potatoes and soup until smooth.

5Add milk gradually to desired consistency, stirring constantly.

6Add bacon and onions; season with salt, pepper and parsley.

7Heat through.
