- 2 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 small container sour cream
Directions

1Cook potatoes in water until soft.

2Drain and mash with electric mixer until smooth.

3In small bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

4Pour cheese mixture into potatoes and mix until really smooth.

5Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Dot with butter and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until top starts to turn a little brown.
