- 2 lb. potatoes
- 1 heaping Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- instant potatoes
Directions

1Peel and chop potatoes, cover with water.

2Boil until tender, do not drain.

3Add margarine, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mash until very small lumps remain.

4Add enough instant potatoes to mixture to absorb excess soup.

5Whip with spoon until light and fluffy.

6Serve hot.
