- 1 c. crushed fudge mint cookies
- 3 Tbsp. hot water
- 1 (6 oz.) graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, soft
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
- 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
- 6 to 10 drops green food coloring
Directions

1Mix cookies and hot water.

2Spoon into crust and gently spread to cover bottom.

3Beat cream cheese until smooth.

4Gradually beat in sugar, milk and peppermint extract.

5Fold in whipped topping. Divide mixture in half; stir in food coloring in one half until evenly colored.

6Fill pie crust with alternate dollops of white and green mixtures.

7Smooth top of pie with spatula.

8Chill 3 hours.
