- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cook potatoes until tender.

2Drain.

3Mash potatoes and mix in sour cream, softened cream cheese, 1 tablespoon butter, onion salt and pepper.

4Gradually beat in enough milk to make potatoes fluffy and light.

5Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

6Cover with foil.

7Chill up to 24 hours.

8To serve, dot with remaining 1 tablespoon butter and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until heated through.

9Makes 6 to 8 servings.
