Matcha Chia Pudding

  • 1/3 cups White Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup New Almond Breeze Almondmilk Cashewmilk Blend
  • Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, Raspberries, For Topping (optional)

Directions

    In an airtight container, combine white chia seeds and matcha and stir together. Add vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cashew milk and stir to combine. (If you prefer it a little sweeter, you could add another tablespoon of maple syrup-I won't tell anyone!)

    Place in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 5-6 hours, to allow the chia seeds to get all cozy and plump.

    When you're ready to eat, just grab from the fridge and you're good to go.
