- 2 teaspoons chopped chives or 2 teaspoons chervil
- 1/4 teaspoon green tea powder
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Gently warm coconut oil in a heavy pan on medium heat. Make certain it does not reach the smoke point.

2Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk.

3add to heated pan and let cook halfway before stirring them.

4add chervil/chives and salt/pepper once cooked to your liking.
