Matcha Tea Cookies

- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 7/8 cup powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup softened butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon tea powdered Matcha, or green tea
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180C.

2Sift the powdered sugar and the Matcha tea together.

3Add the softened butter and beat with a mixer until smooth and uniform in consistency.

4Gradually add the flour, mixing well after each addition.

5Add the egg yolks and knead quickly shaping the dough into a cylinder in order to place it inside the cookie press.

6Insert the disk of your choice and press the cookies out directly onto the cookie sheet.

7Bake the cookies for approximately 15 minutes.

8Remove the cookies from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
