  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 10 matzos, finely broken
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • sliced mushrooms [optional] at end of saute
  • 2 T chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 t each pepper/salt
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

    Saute veggies in butter until softened. Transfer to a large bowl and add matzos, broth, egg, parsley, and pepper/salt. Pleace all in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
