- rock salt
- margarine or butter
- chopped Macadamia nuts
- lime juice
Directions

1Lightly dust the filets in the flour and place in the frying pan with butter, frying about 3 minutes on each side.

2Remove from pan and melt butter in pan.

3Add rock salt to taste and chopped Macadamia nuts.

4Saute until brown.

5Spoon mixture over filets and add lime juice over fish.
