- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- sprinkle of pepper
- 1 to 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. grated cheese or powdered cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2If too dry, add another egg.

3Make into balls.

4Brown in frying pan with 1/2 inch oil in pan.

5Put meat balls into sauce when it is about 1 hour from being done. Additional drippings may be added from the meat ball oil.
