- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- minced bell pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- minced onion to taste
- can of tomatoes
Directions

1Wash and drain rice.

2Mix rice, sausage, ground beef, onion, bell pepper, sage and salt and pepper.

3Make in balls size of walnuts.

4Drop into rapidly boiling water (enough to cover). When almost done, add 1 can tomatoes.

5Cook few minutes longer. Serve immediately.
