Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1/4 c dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 c minced onion
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c oil
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 jar (10 oz) grape jelly

Directions

    Mix first nine ingredients and shape into balls the size you prefer.

    Pour oil in large skillet, add meat balls and brown. Remove meat balls and drain on paper towels.

    Pour off oil. Heat chili sauce and grape jelly in same skillet until melted.

    Add meat balls and stir until coated.

    Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
