- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. quick oats or cracker crumbs
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients; shape into 1 1/2-inch balls. Brown in heavy skillet.

2Remove to casserole dish.

3Take the tomato soup and add to drippings in skillet.

4Add enough water to make a thin gravy; pour over meat balls.

5Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes, uncovered.
