  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 lb. sausage
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper and celery salt
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or crackers
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 can water
  • gravy coloring (if desired)

Directions

    Mix meat, seasonings, bread crumbs, water and onion.

    Form into 24 small balls.

    Roll in flour; brown in hot fat.

    Mix soup and water; pour over meat balls.

    Cover; simmer for about 30 minutes.
