- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 lb. sausage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper and celery salt
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or crackers
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 can water
- gravy coloring (if desired)
Directions

1Mix meat, seasonings, bread crumbs, water and onion.

2Form into 24 small balls.

3Roll in flour; brown in hot fat.

4Mix soup and water; pour over meat balls.

5Cover; simmer for about 30 minutes.
