  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
  • approximately 6 medium size potatoes, cubed, parboiled and drained
  • 1 can corn, peas or green beans (your choice), drained
  • 1 pkg. saltine crackers
  • cheese for topping (your choice)
  • 1/3 c. melted butter

Directions

    Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.

    Sprinkle and mix with flour (about 1/4 cup); stir in milk to make gravy.

    Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thick.
