- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 can water
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Directions

1Mix all but soup and water.

2Make into meat balls and brown in skillet.

3Drain.

4Stir soup in meat drippings until brown.

5Add water.

6Mix well.

7Add meat balls.

8Cover and simmer about 25 minutes.

9Serve over rice.
