  • 16 saltine crackers
  • 1 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix ingredients and form into thick cakes.

    Coat cakes with flour.

    Brown both sides in hot oil, reduce heat and simmer in oil 15 minutes on each side.
