- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. heated and seasoned mixed vegetables (1 pkg. frozen)
- 1 c. cut up fresh or cooked tomatoes, drained
- green pepper rings, cooked 5 minutes
Directions

1Mix together first 7 ingredients.

2Pack into 9-inch pie pan to cover the bottom and sides.

3Press another pie pan on top.

4Bake at 350° (moderate oven) for 7 minutes.

5Remove upper pan.

6Return to oven and bake 30 minutes more.

7Turn vegetables and tomatoes into this hot meat shell.

8Garnish with green pepper rings. Return to oven.

9Bake 20 minutes. Serves 6.
