  • 1 can biscuits (10)
  • 3/4 lb. hamburger meat
  • 4 oz. barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 onion

    Brown meat with chopped onion.

    Drain fat.

    Add barbecue sauce. Simmer 10 minutes.

    Separate biscuits.

    Roll each one into a 6-inch circle.

    Put each into a greased muffin tin, forming a cup. Fill with beef mixture.

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400° until biscuits are slightly browned.
