Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground meat (1 lb. may be sausage if preferred)
- 2 small bags pepperidge farm stuffing
- 3 c. boiling water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter/margarine
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- salt/pepper to taste
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water, pour over stuffing crumbs and stir well. Saute celery & onion in butter until tender.

2Add to crumb mixture.

3Brown meat/pork and drain well.

4Stir meat and the rest of the remaining ingredients into the crumb mixture.

5If it seems too dry, add a little more chicken broth to moisten it.

6Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13x9x12 baking dish.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until brown.

8Serve with traditional Turkey dinner.
