- 1 lb. ground beef
- 12 tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 can refried beans
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
Directions

1Brown beef and onion.

2Mix in beans.

3Dip tortillas, one at a time, into hot Crisco briefly and drain.

4Spread beef and bean mixture in each tortilla and roll.

5Place in shallow baking dish. Cover with sauce.

6Top with cheese.

7Place in oven at 350° and heat until cheese is melted.

8If you wish, when serving, top with lettuce and tomatoes.
