- 1 lb. each ground beef, pork and veal
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. tomato soup
- 2 c. crushed saltines
- 1/2 tsp. garlic flakes
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well and put into a large baking dish. Make sure it is tall enough so the juice will not overflow. Spread 1/2 cup tomato soup over top of loaf.

2Cover with foil and cook in oven at 375° for 1 1/2 hours.

3Cook last 15 minutes uncovered to brown.
