Ingredients

  • 1 lb. each ground beef, pork and veal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato soup
  • 2 c. crushed saltines
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic flakes

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well and put into a large baking dish. Make sure it is tall enough so the juice will not overflow. Spread 1/2 cup tomato soup over top of loaf.

    Cover with foil and cook in oven at 375° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Cook last 15 minutes uncovered to brown.
