- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- bread crumb mix
- sauce mix
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 3/4 c. cold water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine sauce mix with 1/4 cup cold water to form a paste.

3Add 3/4 cup cold water; stir until thickened.

4Combine ground beef with egg, contents of bread crumb mix and 1/2 cup sauce.

5Shape meat mixture into a loaf.

6Place into a 9 x 5-inch or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan or shallow baking dish.

7Bake.

8Drain excess fat.
