- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Pour over meat (I use this marinade for all kinds of beef, roasts and steaks).

3Place in a clear plastic bag.

4Marinate 2 to 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.

5Turn bag occasionally to distribute marinade. Remove meat from bag; reserve marinade.

6Grill meat outdoors or broil in oven, basting with reserved marinade.
