  • Crisco Pastry for 2 crust pie
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 envelope (3 Tbsp.) dry onion soup mix
  • dash pepper
  • dash allspice
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz) loose pack froze hash brown potatoes, thawed

Directions

    Line 9 inch pie plate with pastry.

    Combine meat, milk, soup mix, pepper, and allspice; mix gently.

    Lightly pat into pastry lined pie plate; top with potatoes.

    Place top crust over potatoes; seal and flute edge.

    Cut design in top pastry.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until browned.
