- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced, cooked meat
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk or meat stock
- 1/2 c. diced, cooked carrots
Directions

1Slowly brown onion, pepper, celery and meat in cooking fat, stirring constantly.

2Add flour slowly, stirring constantly until brown.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Heat thoroughly.

5Pour into shallow, well-oiled baking dish.
